Returns:
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Begin the return process by contacting info@saintwoofcollection.com. Clearly state the reason for the return and include your order number. Once approved, securely package the item and send it to the address provided. After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be applied to your next purchase.

Exchanges:
If you wish to make an exchange, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate the process. Similar to returns, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Start the exchange process by contacting info@saintwoofcollection.com. Clearly state the reason for the exchange, include your order number, and specify the item you'd like in exchange. Once approved, securely package the item and send it to the address provided. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.
